Testing Extended Business Hours

For a while now I've had several customers comment on swinging by the bakery after 6pm which happens to be after business hours. Being next to Taste of Asia which is an Asian restaurant that stays packed through out the day, it's no wonder folks want to indulge in something sweet AFTER dinner!  

So, for the next two week we will be testing extended hours!! We will be opened from 11am - 7pm Tuesday - Saturday. If this works in our favor we will next consider extending our business hours to include Sundays?
